1. Withdrawal within 14 days
Except where the law provides otherwise, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify your decision to withdraw, without giving a reason. Use the “Withdraw from contract here” feature: an acknowledgement of receipt must be sent to you by email.
2. Returning the product
After notification, send the product back within the legal time limit to: [RETURN ADDRESS TO BE COMPLETED]. The product may have been handled only to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. A reduction in value resulting from excessive handling may be taken into account under the legal conditions.
3. Refund
The refund includes the sums legally due, including standard delivery costs where the law so provides. It is made within the legal time limit using the same means of payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The seller may defer the refund until the product is received or proof of dispatch is provided.
4. Damaged or non-conforming product
If the product is damaged, incomplete or non-conforming, contact the seller promptly via the contact page, stating the order reference and, if useful, photographs. The legal guarantees apply independently of the right of withdrawal.
5. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may be excluded in the cases provided for by law, in particular for certain goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, or unsealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Any applicable exception must be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
