Terms applicable to sales made to consumers on the site.

1. Seller’s identity

2. Products

The main characteristics, variants and prices of the products are shown on each product page. The customer must check them before ordering. Photographs are illustrative; a minor colour difference due to the screen does not necessarily constitute a defect.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros. The tax regime must be specified before opening: [PRICES INCL. VAT / VAT NOT APPLICABLE, ART. 293 B OF THE FRENCH TAX CODE (CGI) / OTHER — TO BE COMPLETED]. Delivery costs are shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe in a secure environment; the seller does not receive the full card number.

4. Orders

The customer checks their basket, signs in to their account and then confirms payment in the Stripe interface. The order is final once payment is confirmed and recorded on the server side. An electronic acknowledgement of receipt is sent to the customer.

5. Delivery

Delivery is limited to mainland France at launch. The site currently announces dispatch within 24 to 48 working hours and estimated delivery within 2 to 4 days depending on the area. These lead times must be confirmed by the owner.

Carrier: [TO BE COMPLETED]. Failing an agreed date or lead time, delivery takes place at the latest within the applicable legal time limit.

6. Right of withdrawal

Except where the law provides otherwise, the consumer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify their decision without having to give a reason. They may use the “Withdraw from contract here” feature or any unambiguous statement.

After notification, the goods must be returned within the legal time limit to the following address: [RETURN ADDRESS TO BE COMPLETED]. Allocation of return costs: [TO BE COMPLETED BY THE OWNER]. The product may be handled only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

The refund is made within the legal time limits, using the same means of payment unless otherwise agreed, and may be deferred until the goods have been recovered or proof of their dispatch has been provided.

7. Legal guarantees

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions laid down by law. These guarantees apply regardless of any commercial guarantee.

8. Personal data

The processing necessary for the sale is described in the privacy policy.

9. Complaints and mediation

Any prior complaint may be sent via the contact page. If it is unsuccessful, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the mediator appointed by the seller:

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protections they enjoy. The competent courts are determined according to the applicable legal rules.
